This book consists of over 150 drink recipes, which took twenty-five years of research and testing to bring to the public. These recipies are the same ones used by some of the best bartenders throughout the islands of The Bahamas.
The recipies were compiled by the late Herbert Zacharias Burrows then put into book form and published by his son, Dennis Burrows.
Many of the recipies are named after famous Bahamians and other celebrities who have visited the shores of The Bahamas or have a connection to the islands.
